Competitive Programs

Push limits. Reach goals. Compete. Support your teammates.

At CGC, our competitive programs push athletes to excel, build strong teamwork, and develop both skill and character—all in a safe and supportive environment.

Women's Artistic Gymnastics
(WAG)

Our WAG program is designed for athletes who are ready to take their gymnastics to the next level. Training focuses on building strong fundamentals, developing advanced skills, and fostering discipline, teamwork, and confidence in a supportive environment.

  • Petite Elite – introductory competitive stream for young athletes, training 3 hours per week.
  • Levels 1–9 – athletes progress through the Canadian competitive system, training between 5.5 and 16 hours per week depending on their level.
  • Xcel Team – an alternative competitive pathway that balances skill development and competition experience, training 6 hours per week.

Our WAG athletes represent CGC at competitions while building lifelong skills and friendships both inside and outside the gym.

Men's Artistic Gymnastics
(MAG)

New to CGC this year, our MAG program introduces boys to the exciting world of men’s gymnastics. Athletes develop strength, coordination, and confidence while training on all six men’s apparatus.

  • Pre-Competitive Team – for boys ages 8+, designed to build a strong foundation of skills and prepare athletes for future competitive opportunities.

Our MAG program offers a fun and challenging environment where boys can grow as athletes and teammates while representing CGC.
